A 33 page report for Presentation to the General Court regarding an Act Establishing the Marblehead Unique Seaport Trust. This bill, directed by vote of town meeting to be presented by the Board of Selectmen to the state legislature, will establish a Trust securing the maritime character of the Town into the future and preserve and improve the quality of life for all the residents of Marblehead.
