| Abstract |
Marblehead Junior High Archives Historical Building Survey
This house is a good example of Marblehead's history because its owners held many different jobs from yeoman Jeremiah Gatchell to famous author and publisher, Eben Weed. The land is also an excellent reminder that Marblehead was not only a fishing town but also a farming town. The Olde Browne Farm is a good example of colonial architecture. |
