Page 1)This page contains The Masthead, (a newspaper term for info on the publisher, editors etc.) It also contains A good by to Lt. Sisko a pilot (airplane) and Lt. Carter both returning to the States on the Taft, and a welcome to Lt.(jg) G. L. McEntee. Also there is an article about women from Harbin who are in the city who all claim to be decended from Royalty. The last item is about the first US drydock in Portsmouth, Virginia.
Page 2) This page has the ship's previous week's schedule written in misspelled words, an item about sightseeing tours offered by the Navy "Y." Next is a list of "interesting things" about naval terms and finally a joke.
