The Cover is on green paper and has a drawing of a woman and the words "You are ze one for me!"

Page 1)This page contains The Masthead, (a newspaper term for info on the publisher, editors etc.) it also contains a note that There was a change of command ceremony with Capt. T. Moran leaving. Two more paragraphs are about a baseball game and the Khyber Pass in Afghanistan.

Page 2) This page contains the revised regulations on medical services for Navy dependents.

Page 3)This page has a continuation of the medical regulations for dependents and an inspirational message from the former governor of Michigan.

Page 4) This page contains an announcement of a school for Merchant Marine officers to furnish instructions on merchant ship defence. Tow more items deal with the USS Squalus. The first list the awards given for the salvage operations and the second is about changing the mane of the submarine to USS Sailfish. The next item is about the launching of the USS North Carolina (BB 55.) And the last is two lines of wisdom.
