| Description |
B&W photo taken on Nov. 21, 1927, of a portion of the gravel pit in Marblehead, bounded by Lafayette St., Maple St., and an unnamed way. There is a No Dumping sign in the photo; however, a lot of trash is visible. This location was across Maple St. from the former town dump. A Notarized document is pasted to the photo's backing which verifies the location and date of the photo. The photo was taken by Harold McIntosh, Photographer, and the notary was Richard Tutt. |
