Description A B&W photo of a horse drawn patriotic-themed float in a Marblehead Parade, c. 1915. The float has a sign "Marblehead Cradle of Liberty ... Liberty Bonds Here". The YMCA (built in 1910) can be seen to the right and the Soldiers and Sailors monument (moved to this location in 1913) is behind the float. An automobile and horse drawn wagons are in the left background, power lines/poles are visible, as are the Pleasant St. street car tracks. The view is from Pleasant St. toward Essex St.
