Description A B&W photo in a plastic case of the Tucker House, built in 1640. It is now a lot between 62 and 64 Front Street - which is between Darling and State Streets. On the back of the photo is written: "Old Tucker House - first house in Marblehead - 1629". There is also an indication from Thomas Gray's book, "The Founding of Marblehead", page 166, that the building was originally located at 146 Front Street, which is also a lot, between Selman and Franklin Streets. See 1961-002-03674.
