A second section provides the foreign equivalents of US military and civilian titles. The foreign versions of names are Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Rumanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovenian, Swedish, Ukrainian, Yiddish and Spanish.
