The newspaper of the USS Marblehead. Dated April 20, 1940, location not noted, probably Manila P.I.
The Cover is on green paper and has a drawing of a bride and groom in Naval uniform presumably Lt (jg) B. C. Oelheim and his bride the former Miss Valerie Pickel as noted in the April 13th edition.

The Marblehead won the first and lost the second. There is also an announcement that Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands are now part of the Tenth Naval District.
